The ground rules for using Faceless Channel. We’ve kept them as plain as we can.
Effective date: October 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and FacelessChannel.com(“FacelessChannel.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of FacelessChannel.com, our applications, and the tools, features, software, content-generation services, and related services we make available (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, channel, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
FacelessChannel.com is a production toolkit for creating narrated and other digital video content.
Depending on the features you use, the Service may help you develop scripts, create or source images, generate narration and sound, assemble scenes, and produce video content for your review and approval.
Some features use artificial intelligence, machine learning, media-generation technology, and other services provided by third parties.
You remain responsible for the creative direction of your projects and for deciding what content to use, modify, publish, distribute, or discard.
We may add, change, replace, or remove features as the Service evolves.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account or purchase the Service.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.
You may not sell, transfer, or provide access to your account to another person except through team, sharing, or collaboration features that we expressly make available.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us through our Contact page.
We may require reasonable identity, account, or payment verification where necessary to protect accounts, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the Service.
Scripts, prompts, instructions, notes, photographs, images, audio, video, documents, and other material you submit to the Service are referred to as “Your Input.”
As between you and FacelessChannel.com, you retain your rights in Your Input.
You represent that you have the rights, licences, permissions, and consents necessary for us and our service providers to process Your Input for purposes of providing the Service.
Images, text, audio, video, and other material generated for you through the Service are referred to as “Your Output.”
As between you and FacelessChannel.com, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use Your Output for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes.
To the extent FacelessChannel.com obtains any copyright or other transferable intellectual-property interest in Your Output, we assign that interest to you.
This does not transfer intellectual-property or other rights belonging to third parties.
Artificial-intelligence-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that any particular Output will qualify for copyright, trademark, patent, or other exclusive legal protection.
You grant FacelessChannel.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, process, and display Your Input and Your Output solely as reasonably necessary to:
We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you or reveal Your Content to understand, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell Your Content or use it in advertising for FacelessChannel.com without your permission.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Artificial intelligence and generative technologies are probabilistic and may produce unexpected results.
Your Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, offensive, similar to existing material, or similar to material generated for another user.
The same or similar instructions may produce different results at different times.
You are responsible for reviewing Your Output before publishing, distributing, relying on, or commercially using it.
FacelessChannel.com does not guarantee that:
Third-party platform rules may change independently of us.
You are responsible for compliance with the rules of platforms on which you publish or distribute Your Output.
The Service is not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
You may not use the Service to create, upload, generate, distribute, promote, or facilitate material or activity that:
deceptively presents synthetic or manipulated depictions of real people, organizations, or events as authentic where doing so would be unlawful or materially misleading;
facilitates scams, fraud, phishing, identity theft, malware, or other harmful activity;
generates unsolicited spam or artificial engagement;
mass-produces substantially identical content for the primary purpose of manipulating or circumventing recommendation, monetization, advertising, or enforcement systems;
violates applicable sanctions, export-control, or trade-restriction laws; or
violates restrictions imposed on us by technology providers that are reasonably necessary for us to provide the applicable feature.
You also may not:
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, block generations, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, comply with required provider restrictions, protect third parties, or protect the security or integrity of the Service.
Where appropriate, we will explain an enforcement action unless doing so would be unlawful or would compromise security, fraud prevention, safety, or an investigation.
The Service depends on third-party technologies and service providers, including artificial-intelligence systems, voice and audio technology, image and video generation services, hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, authentication providers, communications providers, and other technology suppliers.
We may add, remove, or replace providers without notice where doing so does not materially reduce the Service you purchased.
Third-party technology may be unavailable, changed, restricted, or discontinued for reasons outside our control.
Certain features, voices, models, assets, or other resources may have usage restrictions imposed by third-party rights holders or technology providers. Your rights to use those resources are limited to the rights we are permitted to make available to you.
The Service may identify, retrieve, suggest, or incorporate public-domain, Creative Commons, stock, licensed, user-supplied, or other reference material.
We take reasonable steps to use sources that we believe permit their intended use.
However:
You remain responsible for determining whether third-party material is appropriate for your intended use.
Features, limits, and included credits vary by plan and are described when you subscribe.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, plan credits refresh on your billing date and unused recurring plan credits do not roll over.
Credits purchased separately as top-ups do not expire while your account remains active unless a different condition is clearly disclosed before purchase or applicable law requires otherwise.
Credits:
The Service may display the estimated or actual credit cost of a generation or render before it is completed.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the billing interval you choose, such as monthly or annually, until cancelled.
Before purchase, we will disclose the applicable price, billing frequency, material plan features, and renewal terms.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes to your selected payment method at each renewal until you cancel.
You may cancel using the account controls we provide or another cancellation method required by applicable law.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and your paid plan remains available through the end of the period you already paid for.
For annual or other longer-term automatically renewing subscriptions, we will provide advance renewal notices where required by applicable law.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors.
We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, restrict paid features, or move the account to an available free plan.
If a duplicate charge, technical error, or failed generation improperly consumes credits or charges you, please contact us through our Contact page and we will reasonably investigate.
Where appropriate, we may restore credits, correct the charge, or provide a refund.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise when you purchase, subscription fees and consumed credits are non-refundable.
Any mandatory refund, cooling-off, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights available under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
Where applicable law permits a statutory withdrawal right to end once immediate digital performance begins, that right will only be affected to the extent the legally required consent or acknowledgement has been obtained.
We may change prices, credit allocations, limits, or features.
We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material change affecting an existing paid subscription where required by law.
If a change increases the recurring price you pay, we will generally provide at least 30 days' advance notice unless a different period is required by applicable law.
Where applicable law gives you the right to cancel, reject a change, or receive a refund, those rights continue to apply.
We may offer free plans, promotional credits, trials, beta access, introductory pricing, or other promotions.
Additional conditions disclosed with an offer form part of these Terms.
Free or promotional plans may include limitations, branding, attribution, watermarks, usage caps, or other restrictions if those conditions are disclosed in connection with the applicable plan or offer.
We may modify or discontinue free plans and promotions subject to applicable law.
Except for Your Input, Your Output, and third-party materials, the Service and its software, interfaces, branding, graphics, designs, workflows, documentation, proprietary technology, and other materials are owned by FacelessChannel.com or our licensors.
These Terms give you a limited right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of the Service or our intellectual property to you.
You may not use the FacelessChannel.com name, branding, logos, or trademarks in a way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, or feature requests, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, please contact us through our Contact page.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the material, understand the basis of your claim, and contact you.
We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material where reasonably appropriate or legally required.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, third-party outages, capacity limitations, security events, software problems, internet disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, add, replace, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.
Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or early access may change or be withdrawn at any time and may be less reliable than generally available features.
If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will take reasonable steps to allow you to retrieve completed Output before shutdown where technically feasible.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may cancel a subscription without deleting your account.
You may delete your account using available account controls or by contacting us through our Contact page.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Where reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation before terminating an account.
Sections that by their nature are intended to survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes.
Our handling of personal information after account closure is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and Your Output are provided “as is” and “as available.”
FacelessChannel.com disclaims warranties and conditions, express or implied, including warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or provide mandatory consumer guarantees. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FacelessChannel.com and the people involved in operating the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or relating to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if we were advised that such loss was possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or other rights and remedies that mandatory consumer-protection law requires.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold FacelessChannel.com and the people involved in operating the Service harmless against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising directly from:
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence, wilful misconduct, or conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and reasonable cooperation in its defence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service may be brought before the courts of British Columbia.
Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections, jurisdictional rights, or remedies provided by the laws of your country, province, state, territory, or place of residence.
Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us through our Contact page so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
We may update these Terms as the Service, our business, technology, or applicable laws change.
For material changes, we will provide notice by email, through the Service, on our website, or through another reasonable method where required by law.
Where applicable law gives you a right to reject a change, cancel, or receive another remedy, these Terms do not limit that right.
The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional conditions expressly presented when you purchase or use a particular feature, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the Service.
If a provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
You may not transfer these Terms without our consent except where applicable law gives you that right.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service to a successor, subject to applicable law.
Neither you nor FacelessChannel.com creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship through these Terms.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Notices may be delivered electronically where permitted by applicable law.
